熱軋哈芬槽鋼是熱軋型鋼產(chǎn)品中斷面復(fù)雜、生產(chǎn)難度大的半閉口型鋼，過去主要依賴進(jìn)口。我公司從2014 年開始制作生產(chǎn)哈芬槽熱軋生產(chǎn)線，已有多年生產(chǎn)經(jīng)驗，我公司針對異型坯寬度不合適、成品尺寸偏差大、熱彎成形參數(shù)設(shè)計不合理等難題，形成了以厚度仿形坯料尺寸控制為核心的哈芬槽鋼生產(chǎn)成套技術(shù)。
Hot-rolled Hafen channel steel is a semi-closed section steel with complex section and difficult production in hot-rolled section steel products. Our company began to produce Hafen groove hot rolling line in 2014, and has many years of production experience. Aiming at the problems such as improper width of shaped billet, large size deviation of finished product and unreasonable design of hot bending forming parameters, our company has formed a complete set of production technology of Hafen channel steel with thickness copying billet size control as the core.
冷軋螺紋鋼軋機采用五輪珞鋼除磷，除磷效果透徹。雙軋工藝，副軋機與主軋機均采用主動式同步工藝鉆石合金軋輥。 軋輥選用國內(nèi)質(zhì)量較好的株洲601鉆石牌硬質(zhì)合金。
